Objective of job
1. Sales measures pay out process support
2. RME system/leads management development and coordination
3. Retail qualification support (i-pad project coordination, SSI/Mystery shopping and etc.)
4. Support the effectiveness of the business operation
Job designation
1. Sales measures pay out support :
• To collect sales incentive documents from regional office and submit to deloitte on a monthly basis
• Consolidate feedback from deloitte and communication with region office to ensure the smooth of sales incentive pay out
• To calculate the budget estimation based documents and on-going sales momentum
• Inform related deparments, e.g. ND/F&C of the special discount pay out

2. RME/Leads management support:
• To develop the reporting for RME system on a weekly/monthly basis
• To generate the reporting of leads follow up status and follow up with regional office

3. Retail qualification support:
• To cooperate with MB sales management team for the retail toolkit (e.g. i-pad)
• To cooperate with MB sales management team for the SSI/Mystery shopping result and communicate with regional office

4. Overall reporting support:
• To analyze dealer/dealer group/region sales performance, sales trend (e.g. showroom traffic, call-in volume), stock status and competitor performance(e.g. sales volume, customer incentive) as the key reference to set up sales target & action plan

5. Others tasks:

Qualification required
Skills –general skills, personality traits:
Well organized, logical thinker, being strcture mindset.
Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically. Excellent oral communication skills with sound problem solving abilities (Tactful and diplomatic).
Good team player.
Integrity.

Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills:
Basic understanding on working knowledge of retail/wholesales operation.
Very good at computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Power point, E-mail and Web.

Experience and education:
University degree, prefer at least 2 years related experience with retail experience

Mgt and leadership skills:
Good time managmeent skill
