| 1 Residual Value Forecast - To create the most reasonable residual value forecast given the latest market environment as well as expected changes - To prepare and lead residual value working group discussion - To publish residual value to internal (Headquarters, Fleet Sales and Sales Management) and external(Financial Institutions) parties 2 Portfolio Management - To develop and implement impairment methodology and establish a review process with internal (F&C, accounting and auditors) and external (auditors) parties - To regularly update the value of overall portfolio based on the established methodology - To influence overall residual value of portfolio via active communication with market research agencies 3 Residual Value Committee Management - To prepare regular Residual Value Committee meeting including but not limited to forecast figures, back-up documents and approval forms - To create meeting minutes and get the confirmation from all Committee members and keep all the relevant records - To publish meeting minutes 4 Process Management - To continuously monitor overall forecast/portfolio management process and propose/implement more streamlined process - To maintain all residual value-related documents including regular update of Residual Value Management Guideline 5 Others tasks - To support various residual value-related projects such as leasing/balloon - To review legal documents in case that any residual value guarantee is made to external party - Authorized to perform SMALL BUYS below RMB 2000 in own direction. |

| Education: University degree (bachelor or above) Experience: At least 2 years working experience.Working in research /analysis area is be preferred. Specific Knowledge: - Excellent oral and written skills (Chinese and English) with comprehensive analytical abilities and problem solving skills. - Open attitude. - Good communication/argumentation skills and high output orientation. |
