Objective of job
• Audit individual dealers network on the basis of standards set by HQ. Develop and improve the level of professionalism in the retail network in PRC. (Time used: 80%)
• Carry out dealer audits/POCC(Pre-opening Compliance Check) at dealer premises and communicate result, including entering/upload data in auditing tool, communicating results to dealers and all relevant teams & departments in MBCL & BBDC. (Time used: 5%)
• Prepare audit/Follow-up/POCC schedule, audit evaluation result summaries and information to management, report audit result to Mgt, to ensure correct bonus payments. (Time used: 5%)
• Cooperate & communicate with all teams in ND and all departments including CAS, S&M, dealer, and BBDC on all Audit/POCC works. (Time used: 5%)
• Coordinate to proceed application of standard exemption/appeal with Mgt. and communicate result to RM/DM. (Time used: 5%)
Job designation
• Coordinate and participate the dealer selection interview and take charge of the financial analysis and business review of those applicants during the dealer selection process.
• Evaluate all submitted application documents prepared by the candidates for the dealership application. Overview and analyze the business proposal and investment plan for a new project as well.
• Prepare summary report (cooperate with other departments and JV counterpart) for the management reviews and recommendation
• Maintain dealer archive, prepare relevant correspondence
Qualification required
Education:
• University/Diploma graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business Management , Engineering or related disciplines

Experience:
• 4 years experience in area of network development or in a managerial role at a car dealership
• experience in international company or work experience overseas
• experience in auto Industry preferred

Specific Knowledge:
• knowledge of sales and aftersales business of a car dealership
• knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Word Processing
• Customer-orientated mindset with good organizational and administrative skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as a team player
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken will be essential
• Readiness to frequently travel and work in a regional context
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
• Very self-reliant working style
• Flexibility and endurance
• Willing to travel frequently
