| 1. DMS Rollout Consulting Rollout DMS China Template todealer users and fulfill all of rollout activities aligned with standard process. Setup dealer-based system parameters. Ensure the rollout is achieved within the agreed timelines with the dealer and MPC management. Commnunicate with system users during system rollout, collect sufficient information, reporducible steps and parameters to resolve the issues on his/her own, and seek help from software supplier if issue cannot be resolved due to system bug or insufficient authority 2. DMS Support Communicate with system users, understand the business processes, collect sufficient information, reproducible steps and parameters, to resolve 85% of issues on his/her own, and seek help from 2nd level support if issue cannot be resolved due to system bug or insufficient authority 3. Rollout Management Assistant Assist rollout manager to manage the whole rollout project phases, optimize the rollout processess, communicate with dealers and business departments on rollout approach. Coodinate the team members to solve the issues and problems occurred during the rollout implementation 4. Issue Tracking and System Testing Monitor, esculate issue status with 2nd level support. Feedback and follow up result with users, in order to ensure issues are resolved within service level Testing of system solutions to ensure issue resolution and communicate the solution to system users 5. Process Change and Documentation Discuss with DMS Business process specialists and DMS Product Management on process changes requested by the system users and communicate result to user Document all system issues, enchanements and modifications, with appropriate signature and approval, to ensure the compliance of IT security policy 6. General Application Support Resolve, or referral to the right designation of basic IT system and application enquiry and problem to maintain the highest level of service to all dealers |
| Qualification required |
| Education: - Univerisity degree in Business Management preferably with Computer Education Experience: - At least 2-3 years in ERP system support/rollout in multi-national company in area of service - Experience in supporting large sclae business systems - Experience in working with Automotive industry is an advantage Specific Knowledge: - Knowledge of Autoline DMS system and associated modules – Parts, Service, Sales & Marketing and Accounting. - Thorough understanding of DMS China Country Template and MBCL Std Dealer processes in above modules. - Project management skills and experience - Understanding of system development cycle and programming logic in ERP systems - Understanding of Sales, Aftersales & Accounting areas preferred - Knowledge in general IT infrastructure and systems - Good customer service and interpersonal communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in developing and designing solutions - Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English |
