| 1. Business Consultant - Understand the end-to-end business processes across functions - Develop at least one area of business process expertise in which they are recognized as experts to facilitate effective communication with Business Partners on a business level - Serve as facilitator between Business and IT working networked (cross-divisional), identifying and utilizing synergies across ITM - Accompany and support business requirement specification process with business partners - Conduct research, collect data, analysis and synthesis to prepare, present and deliver recommendations and solutions to business partners - Contribute to the development of a solution design that meets business requirements - Participate in the delivery and implementation of solutions for business partners - Follow the business consulting methodologies to produce deliverables - Manage the business partner relationship through the excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude - Consolidate, qualify, estimate and manage demands with a solid understanding of Operational Demand Management (ODM) 2. Project Management - Manage projects and / or support the business project lead for Daimler majority entities in China - Initiate and plan IT implementation and rollout projects - Define, monitor and control the quality gate framework and goals of projects with QIQ - Coordinate the design and development activities with Service Delivery - Provide day to day leadership and direction to the project team and mange all project resources, including subcontractors (internal/external) - Establish and execute a communication plan with the project team and the business - Provide regular project status to the sponsors, stakeholders and business - Obtain acceptance and approval of Project deliverables from the business project lead and/or the sponsors 3. Project Portfolio Manager - Consolidate, review, manage and report project portfolio for Wholesale IT SSC team - Make portfolio transparent to the IT organization and formulate recommendations for prioritization and escalate conflicts - Prepare, support and conduct decision meetings - Plan, coordinate, prepare Local SPI |

| Education: - University degree in Computer Science or equivalent higher education Experience: - More than 3 years in information technology field, with focus on business applications - More than 3 years in IT project management - More than 2 years experience in SAP or other ERP (preferred) Specific knowledge: - Project Management experience (mandatory) - Excellent communication skill (positive, pro-active and supportive) - Excellent spoken and written English - Very self-reliant working style - Working in an international and intercultural context - General technical understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes) - Knowledge of project management and ITIL |
