| Handle all parts technical issues in order to guarantee a seamingless parts operation within the wholesale and retail organization. |

| 1. Provide accurate parts technical support for internal and external partners; Maintain the parts master file in IMS Autoline with respect to partnumber supersession, optional partnumbers, non-validity of parts based on the information provided by DAG 2. Liaise with Daimler AG and supplier to solve parts technical matters, respectively inform the retail network 3. Prepare and provide vehicle specific parts lists to repair PC vehicles for customers & dealers For new vehicle models liaise with Product team for defining initial stock 4. Prepare and coordinate specific campaigns with MB PC After Sales Service department for dealers, fleets and customers as required 5. Prepare and analyze daily and monthly reports 6. Conduct parts technical training internally and dealer network, as required |
| Qualification required |
| Education: - Degree or Diploma in Automotive / Engineering Those without academic qualifications must have a minimum of 5 years work experience Experience: - 3 to 5 years experience in the automotive industry, preferably, with the aftersales organization at Car Manufacturers or dealer level Experience in technical aspects of automobiles, esp. in terms of parts Specific knowledge: - Knowledge of automotive parts Good command of written and spoken English. Usage of aftersales systems (EPC, Autoline etc.) |
