Job Description:

Objective of job
- Assist supervisor to organize and arrange all training activities.
- Assist supervisor to communicate and coordinate between vendors, regional training centers and other departments
- Assist department head to do budget planning. Budget report utilization status monitoring, provision implementation
Job designation
1.
- Identify training needs for new management training program
- Assist supervisor to formulate, organize and arrange related training activities
- Communication with external parties e.g. vendors, dealer groups and internal stakeholders e.g. training centres; regional office within MBCL

2.
- Assist department head on budget planning strategy
- Training budget cost status communication and implementation monitoring
- "Provision" coordination and implementation

3.Presentation/HR
- Support to prepare important presentation for department head
- Improve and support training HR issues and related management
Qualification required
Education:
University graduate of Business & Management related disciplines

Experience:
5 years or above related experience in training and management, with experience working in automotive industry
definitely an advantage

Special Knowledge:
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and oral will be essential
• Ability to read and write Simplified Chinese a must
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as a team player
• Detail-minded and creative, have a strong sense of maintaining corporate identity
• Excellent vendor management skills
