Job Description:

Objective of job
- Lead MB & AMG sales incentive program process design
- Lead special discount management : tracking the spending and making future spending forecast
- Incentive effectiveness tracking
- Retail monitoring and steering
- Suggest new product release time, coordinate with related department and communicate to dealers accordingly
- Manage sales people on big marketing events (around 40 people)
Job designation
1. Sales Measure Development
- Analyze sales performance, market feedback and sales target in future month, come up with incentive program ideas
- Develop incentive program policy and design program details to ensure the effectiveness of motivating dealers and low risk for MBCL
- Externally discuss or negotiate with cooperation parties; internally discuss programs with S&M GM, F&C and other related departments to fine tune program contents. Get incentive program approved by top management
- Develop dealer communication package and communicate program dealers via regional office
- Closely monitor programs, timely tackle problems to make sure programs going on smoothly
- Cooperate with regional office to calculate bonus for individual dealer and pay out to dealers
- Lead new project to develop new ideas for incentive programs

2. Special Discount Budget Management
- Lead incentive bonus calculation and payout
Total annual budget around 1,500 mio, more than 30 programs and payout to more than 100 dealers
- Control the risk in payout
Ensure 100% accuracy in payout and no cheating behavior of dealers
Innovatively find out ways to detect fraudulence behaviour of dealers, great contribution in protecting MBCL property

3. Retail Monitoring and Steering
- Analyze Business Management reports, regional specific wholesale/retail/stock trends and KPI's as well as qualitative information to assess regional performance and determine overall corrective measures
- Tacking and analyzing individual dealer

4. Pipeline Management
- Track and analyze wholesale / retail / stock performance
- Keep updating pipeline date, closely monitor wholesale and retail momentum
- Help identify stock risk at early stage and bring it up to management

5. Marketing Event Support
- On-site manage sales people on big marketing events, like autoshow, including developing autoshow on-site rules and training sales people
Qualification required
Education:
- Bachelor degree

Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in the automotive industry

Special Knowledge:
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving thinking
- Ability to work independently and be a team player with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent in Chinese and English, both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
