| • Ensure proper approval from the management for all payments; • Review and perform payment requests; • Conduct all vehicle related payments; • Update accounting book and prepare accounting vouchers |

| • Review and match all vehicle related payment vouchers prepared by business departments(including vehicle payment to DAG, duty and taxes payment, other logistic enpenses payment) (Purchase to Payment-Vehicle SOP-PPV1, PPV2, PPV3) • Book vehicle related payments in system (Purchase to Payment-Vehicle SOP-PPV1, PPV2, PPV3) • Promptly book cash budget for payments (Purchase to Payment-Vehicle SOP-PPV1, PPV2) • Settle AP once payment released (Purchase to Payment-Vehicle SOP-PPV1, PPV2, PPV3) |
| Qualification required |
| Education: • Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting related subjects Experience: • 1-3 years experiences in accounts payable functions • Automobile or related industry working experience is a plus Specific Knowledge: • Fluent with both Chinese and English • Familiar with SAP system • Certified Public Accountant preferred |
