| - Provide technical and non-technical support to VPC workshop - Enable primarily the newly established VPC to function according to MB standards and guidelines - Ultimate goals to achieve customer satisfaction and VPC efficiency - Monitor the vehicle quality from the plants and maintain the reporting with the plants for technical problem solving |

| 1. Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) Quality Management - Implement and ensure the new vehicles Pre-Inspection according to the standard MB Pre-Inspection report and their quality in the VPC Check 5 to 10 % of the PDI vehicles at the Q-Gate in the VPC and prepare the report accordingly 2. Technical Support - Check and provide technical support and ensure the repair quality for Transport Damages, SM/RC and all technical repairs in the VPC 3. Product Analysis - Analyze product problems and prepare technical reports; liaise with CAS QM in the problem-solving process to reach quick solutions 4. Monitor Guidelines - Implementation all of internal regular reporting process / data recording / evaluation system 5. Information - Provide technical information to the VPC technical staff and MBCL VL 6. Relationship - Cultivate good relations and contacts to the counterparts at VPC, MBCL VL and other business related departments |

| Education: - Fluent in English, Mandarin - Computer literate with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, e-mail and web - Positive attitude, analytical skills - Consistency and accuracy in administrative task - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Able to work as a team with other department Experience: - 6 years of workshop operation experience or 4 years MB workshop experience - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Automotive or other Technical fields Specific Knowledge: - Driving license C1 |
