Job Description:

Objective of job
Provide sales planning and ordering support to the regional office and sychonice with central level
Job designation
1. Sales Volume Planning:
• To propose yearly sales target by analyzing previous sales performance and model mix, market situation, dealer network development and product model program comprehensively
• To ensure dealers submitting vehicle allocation request to regional office punctually (short-term plan by monthly and long-term plan by quarterly and annually)
• To consolidate dealers allocation request, compare it with the regional target agreements and discuss it within regional team
• To make proposal of allocation plan to dealer level based on sales target fulfilment and local market demands
• To communicate with district managers about dealer confirmed allocation in their territory respectively

2. Ordering:
• To check order against allocation in SAP and confirm/ reject order accordingly
• To final check and confirm the order within the team
• To work out order plan for new dealers and ensure proper vehicle supply on model and quantity when new dealers start operation
• To handle order amendment in conjunction with central smart management team.

3. Logistic coordination:
• To monitor vehicle shipping plan and PDI status closely to ensure wholesales process run smoothly
• To coordinate damage car settlement between Regional Office and Logistic Dept weekly
• To do "Request of Car Release" in SAP and communicate with Logistic Dept and Finance Dept for dealer car release on a daily basis

4. Reporting:
• To analyze sales performance, stock status and market demands synthetically and report to District Managers and central smart management team as key reference to set up sales target & action plan, which include:
- Wholesales Performance & Stock Status Report (weekly)
- Retail Performance & Long Stock Aging Vehicle Report (weekly)
- Dynamic Analysis of Stock-Order-Delivery of whole region and some key models or key
• dealers, ensure a healthy stock level and enough car supply

5. Others:
• Other tasks dedicated by smart district managers or central smart management team
Qualification required
Skills –general skills, personality traits:
Well organized, logical thinker, and attention to details.
Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically. Excellent oral communication skills with sound problem solving abilities (Tactful and diplomatic).
Never give up and target oriented.
Good team player.
Integrity.

Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills:
Basic understanding of sales planning and ordering, working knowledge of retail/wholesales operation. (Specific knowledge of sales planning and operation in theautomobile industrie or dealer is a plus).
Very good at computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, , Power point, SAP, E-mail and Web.

Experience and education:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 2 years working experience in automobile industry or relevant industry (prefered on wholesale and retail level)

Mgt and leadership skills:
Well organized, logical thinker, and attention to details.
