| Execute dealer ordering to MBCL and ordering of MBCL to DCAG in line with the relevant HQ process and according to the allocated production volume. |

| 1. Monthly Ordering -Responsible for execution of monthly ordering from dealers to MBCL, ensure timely deliver of orders and quantity according to dealer allocation -Execute factory ordering and decade-allocation according to production allocation Communication with order management department in Germany 2. Misc Ordering: (Brabus, diplomatic, homologation, company car, event and training cars, market launch, Autoshow, Maybach, etc…) -Order creation and communication with relevant departments, monitoring and follow-up of order fulfilment and delivery 3. Follow up of order status -Monitor progress of orders and initiate activities in case of delay, restrictions -Communicate changes in production schedule to regionsl offices/dealers -Follow-up of specification changes, change request handling and resolve IDR with support of Product Management 4. Production and shipment issue handling -Communicate with HQ and relevant internal teams to handle any production issue and code restriction issue 5. Process improvement and SOA/FCPA control -Perform SOA/FCPA control from ordering side -Document and prepare audit and internal training relevant documentation upon request 6. Ordering-related reporting -Communicate with HQ to generate report regarding shipment status from Germany, stock list, delivery capacity forecast, etc. -Dealer with daily quiries/reports related to factory orders and sales orders, etc. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: Bachler Degree and above, German language preferred Experience: Vehicle Specification, Order Fulfillment Process, International Shipment, Multinational Working Environment Special Knowledge: Sales and logistics operation, stong communication skills, SAP knowledge, MB product knowledge and German Language preferred |
