Objective of job
• To conduct daily sales operations and marketing material preparation for MB/smart Collections, and lead event/project relating to sales promotions and public exhibitions.
Job designation
1.
• Independently manage daily sales operations for the Collection business at wholesale level;
• Monitor sales performance on a daily basis;
• Prepare sales report for management;
• Prepare retail promotion plan and manage the execution;
• Coordinate and manage internal orders from employees and inter-department;

• Lead the coordination for Collection Boutique at the Auto Shows in China; prepare collection products and marketing materials according to target audience and levels of auto shows;
• Organize Collect events internally and externally to generate sales and enhance collection products awareness in China;

• Define clear project briefs for producing marketing materials based on requirements. Review material, ensuring style, content and consistency are to the required standards and Corporate Identity at all times. Maintain and update information to reflect product and market developments on an ongoing basis.
• Take responsibility for the execution of agreed project deliverables to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Write copy in house style to reflect corporate and product positioning.
• Prepare marketing materials for print and electronic media, being sensitive to the differences between these media; and monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications materials.
• Work with C&A Executive to implement and maintain the on-line shop for Collection & Accessories.
• Liaise with external graphic designers to determine layout and design of materials.
• Co-ordinate print requirements with external suppliers, ensuring quality meet the Mercedes-Benz standard at all times.

• Liaise with regional offices, handle feedback and support dealer requirements on Collection business (product item features, stock situation, warranty procedure, etc.).
• Liaise with other departments within Mercedes-Benz China Ltd. To obtain and provide information to generate internal business.
Qualification required
Education:
• University graduate in English Language, Marketing or related discipline

Experience:
• Solid working experience in a multi-national corporate environment
• Sales experience in fashion industry or auto industry
• Preferably with marketing experience in the after sales field

Special Knowledge:
• Concise writing skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent verbal English
• Attention to detail a must
• Able to multi-task
• Good team player
