Objective of job
To be in charge of Collection daily inquiries and operations; to support the sales & marketing projects/events of Collection and Technical Accessories in China, such as auto shows boutique coordination and management, related marketing material creative and production coordination; smart collection sales & marketing activities support.
Job designation
1. Event Concept and Management:
Initiate event concept to reflect the target and purpose
Define clear project or event briefs for agencies
Suppliers management and budget control
Manage multiple events and Coordinate all operational elements; able to work under pressure;

2. Event Material and Execution:
Supervise event implementation, Insure deadlines are met by agencies;
Define clear project briefs for producing marketing materials with agencies and suppliers; and ensure that marketing material provided by agencies is up to corporate standard and suitable for local market communication with the dealers and via them to the end customers in the luxury segment.
Write copy in house style to reflect corporate and brand positioning.
Prepare letters, presentations, reports of the event for management review and evaluation;
Flexible and independently resolve issues and problems encountered during event execution;

3. Event Communication and Coordination:
Support project supervisor to implement project and event effectively.
Good communication skills with external suppliers to ensure execution quality of the event, and ensure pricing, quotes, and quality meet the Mercedes-Benz buying guidance and quality standard at all times.
Liaise with internal departments within MBCL for event coordination and execution.
Demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently, result-oriented;
Qualification required
Education:
• University graduate in English Language or Marketing or related discipline

Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in event planning, budget management, marketing imperatives, and event execution; very good organizational skills;
• Preferably with marketing event communication experience in the sales or after sales field
• Good to have automotive dealer working experience;

Special Knowledge:
• Good writing skills in English and Chinese
• Good verbal English
• Attention to detail a must
• Able to multi-task
• Confident, ready for working under pressure
• Good team player
