| • Ordering Management - Consolidate customers' order and submit it to suppliers via system. • Order Verification and Cancellation Management - Support in processing order discrepancies and order cancellations. • Generating Parts Allocation Report to Sales/Admin. Providing ETA report and Back Order release Report to Sales/Admin. • Payment Management – Prepare the documents of payment; liaise with Account team to carry out payment on time. • Assist Parts Sales/Admin team to track dealers' order, Handle customer's parts enquires. |
| Qualification required |
| • Certificate in Business Administration/ Logistics or Degree in any discipline. • 2 to 4 years experience in a clerical position. • Experienced in handling ordering, invoicing, shipment tracking, liaison with suppliers. • Sound supplier handling skill. • Knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese • Computer literate • Team work |
