| • Assistance of warranty auditors in administration work,such as documents filing,air ticket issue,hotel booking,travel reimbursement claims,team coordination/arrangement,meeting minutes,meeting room booking,stationery supply etc... • Assist auditors to generate warranty statistic reports and create presentation of PowerPoint for auditors. • Assist warranty processing team for claims and ESKULB processing when necessary • Work with IT systems AQUA and VEGA • Coordinate with other CAS teams(e.g.Technical,CRM,Marketing,Strategy,Parts) for system data enquiries,i.e. vehicle information / claim history when necessary |

| 1 Support Warranty Auditors in admin tasks: Assist warranty auditors at administration work such as air ticket issue, trip reimbursement claims, hotel booking, back office work support - team meeting, team function coordination. 2 Dealers statistic generation: Assist auditors in preparing "dealer kick-off meeting" materials (in use of AQUA/VERA system to generate dealer claims statistic), key-figures reports and then present them in PPT format. 3 Team supporting: Support the team on research,presentation,organize event, activities/conference and prepare agenda and minutes. 4 Co-operation with other CAS teams: Coordinate relevant information exchange with other teams in CAS department 5 Team assistance: Support warranty processors on claim processing, Eskulab enquiries, AQUA /IMS system maintenance,document maintenance,etc.when necessary. |

| Skil/s/Experience/ Attributes: • Experience in the automotive business on wholesale and retail level (> 3years) preferred. • Good communication skill, present complicated subject matter in a simple way without distorting it. • Social competence, able to create contact and intercultural open-mindedness. Specific knowledge: • Profound knowledge of OAG/MBC wholesale and retail policies, warranty / goodwill guidelines, processes, system requirements related to OAG/MBC After-Sales Service. • Fluent in English, Mandarin; • Computer skills: excellent MS Office skills mandatory; OAG internal IT systems knowledge preferred but not mandatory (such as VEGA, AQUA, IMS, DMS); • Excellent communication skills; Education/Training: • University degree in a Technical Engineering Discipline or equivalent and recognised relevant professional development and experience on after-sales service of motor vehicle. Holding relevant high diploma or certificate. |
