| • Be able to prepare CMT, CST & CDT assessment concept, content and questions in theoretical and practical fields; • Be able to conduct CMT, CST & CDT assessment as assessor; • Monitor, supervise, motivate the assessment team; • Identify and co-ordinate equipment and models for all planned assessment; • Work with DAG GT & ASCA, and prepare, fulfil and maintain market certificate on CMT, CST & CDT • Ensures proper qualification of own-self through constant upgrading training courses to keep up with the MB development • Assist to conduct and monitor Training Needs Analysis, Skill, Audit and other trainings |

| Education University graduated Experience Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in vehicle repair, preferably in Mercedes-Benz workshop Customer-orientated mindset with good organisational, administrative and leadership skills Experienced MB technical trainer would be an advantage |
