| • Enhance business data quality - ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness of business information requires by Business Management unit (ND) in Beijing. • Effectively carrying out all initiatives from Business Management unit (ND) in Beijing • Support RM and DM in analyzing business performance of dealers in the respective region. When requested, provide professional business advices to RM/ DM in the enhancement of dealers' business performance |

| 1. Support regional manager to monitor dealers' KPIs by analysis of RMB reports and provide feedback and advices for corrective actions. 2. Assist DM to understand BMR reports and its implications and relations to business activities 3. Together with RM, coach DM on dealer steering 4. Assist Business Management Unit (BJ) to execute risk management measures at dealers to ensure dealers financial healthiness. 5. Working with Business Management Unit (BJ) to assist dealers to improve quality of business data submitted by establishing clear operational definitions for each of the data required 6. Together with RM and DM, challenge the viability and soundness of business plan submitted by dealers in the context of Target Agreement signed. (both pre-POCC and annually) |
| Qualification required |
| Skills –general skills, personality traits: - Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English, meticulous, analytical mind and can think "out of the box". - Well-versed with MS office softwares (knowledge on Minitab or equivalent statistics softwares desirable) Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills: - Accounting and financial analysis skills, familiar with statistical analysis tools Experience and education: - University graduated, professional accounting background, 3 or more years of working experience with international consulting firm and/or automobile industry highly preferred. Mgt and leadership skills: - Self-motivated and well articulated. |
