Job Description:

Objective of job
- Supervise the development and execution of MBCL's Management Trainings to retail network in order to equip dealers with appropriate management skills to cope with daily operations.
- Manage the formulation and implementation of new training programs (e.g.: District Management Qualification, Compliance training at dealer level)
Job designation
1. Management Training Development and Execution
- Lead the team to conduct situational analysis and develop training concept for MBCL's Management Training
- Lead the team to work with vendor to design course content and deliver courses according to defined plan
- Manage post-training feedback and course evaluation

2. New Training Program Development
- Conduct training needs analysis with departments (ND, CAS, S&M) regional officer from MBCL & BBAC to align with business needs
- Set up training concept based on training needs analysis result and develop training content in collaboration with external consultants
- Conduct pilot training, align with departments and make adjustments regarding the results, to ensure the training quality
- Analyze pilot results and prepare training summary to the management team related departments

3. Vendor Management
- Manage and guide smooth purchasing and financial processes between vendor and internal stakeholders (e.g. IPS/F&C) to meet the cost control and timeline
- Develop and maintain a strategic network of quality vendors in the area of management assessment center and qualification programs including vendor selection, vendor evaluation and vendor relations
- Direct vendors onsite and provide ad-hoc feedback if required to improve quality of service delivery and understanding of Training Program needs

4. People Management
- Manage the performance of subordinates by setting targets and monitoring results
- Develop and motivate subordinates according to their abilities and needs of the Training & Retail Qualification department
- Determine training needs and secure suitable training
- Provide continuously guidance, support and feedback to subordinates
Qualification required
Education
- Bachelor degree and above/MBA is preferred (major in Business Studies, Management, Human Resources or other relevant discipline)
- English level-CET 6 and above

Experience
- Minimum five-year full-time working experience in Management Training or Talent Development operation environment

Specific Knowledge
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken will be essential
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Chinese Word Processing
- Good knowledge for training needs analysis, training plan setting, training evaluation, and training concept design
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks independently
- Strong leadership skill and interpersonal skills
