| Lead the Compliance Due Diligence process in central network development team, coordinate with ND regions and ensure quality and speed of CDD procedure. Participant Dealer selection, improve selection process ensure effective internal control in the selection process. |

| 1. Lead in Due Diligence process and ensure the process and third party contract are consistent with Daimler standards - Coordinate issues clarification between BBAC, MBCL and DAG including Group compliance and Local compliance office 2. Take a leadership role in the planning and execution of CDDs in the dealer selection process which includes: - Prepare Compliance Due Diligence document preparation and follow-up - Coordinate internally with Regional office and, LCM and investors 3. Conduct monthly review providing feedback regarding CDD status overview, monitor CDD progress and identify optimisation possibilities, escalate issue if necessary 4. Lead the dealer selection process, ensure the selection process is in line with the predefined process, and make sure proper dealers are selected - Track of the selection progress, identify delays and root cause of delay, proactively take actions to accelerate the Dealer establishment process, ensure MBCL network development grows with competitive way 5. Lead in the dealer establishment/changing process - Shareholder Change - Dealer ID creation - Take full responsibility of Dealer Data maintenance 6. Manage department budget, lead in the cost planning, managing and tracking 7. Lead in internal process improvement, ensure the fast dealer selection and establishment, identify bottleneck and take actions, lead in the selection process IT project |

| Education: - Bachelors Degree required, Master's degree in Economics, MBA preferred - Business related certifications (CPA, CFA) are in preference Experience: - 5 years and above experience, experience in automotive industry preferred - Operative business experience in several areas, big picture in mind - Effective leadership skills, previous supervisory experience is important Specific Knowledge: - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, senior management - Motivated self-starter with integrity and the ability maintain required levels of confidentiality and integrity - Effective communication skills with Management and work well in a team environment - Deep understanding of automotive retail business especially from finance perspective - Team leader with emphasis on quality of work and continuous improvement - Ability to multi-task in an efficient and organized manner (must be flexible and able to adapt to change); demonstrated attention-to-detail skills - Knowledge of English and Chinese language, German is preferred |
