Job Description:

Objective of job
- Define and implement dealer communication strategy and tools with the objective to plan, structure and coordinate the general communication activities towards the dealers
- Develop, organize and execute concept for events related to the team functions – e.g.- national dealer conference, family dinner, and other events as well as on-site supervision
- Optimization and maintainence of MB China website within the Mercedes-Benz website strategy, website style guideline, with the objective to set up the digital sales channel in future in China
- Organize, support and maintain the smart China website in line the smart website strategy, website style in align with HQ smart website to support the smart sales activities in China
- Organize the annual awarded dealer campaign, incl. event organization, dealer communication, Advertising and PR campaign, and the awarded dealer tour
- Management of projects including MB retail websites, incl. dealer training, dealer supports, website optimization and migration in align with the HQ/Asia Web Office. Support and supervise dealer website to be align with the MB global web guideline
- Development and production of communication materials, literatures, Network Development Video, etc
- Develop, implement, maintain and optimization of Dealer Information Center and provides technical support to internal and external users
- Production of the annual dealer outlets brochure to ensure the accuracy of dealer information in line with CI guidelines as well as the distribution to VPC, internal and external parties
Job designation
1. Dealer Communication
- Define and implement dealer communication plan
- Preparation of communication correspondences from MBCL central office to the dealerships
- Supervise the team members on the daily operation

2. Dealer Events
- Develop the concept, organize and execute the dealer conference, family dinner, regional conferences and other related events
- Coordination with S&M, CAS, F&C, ND region office, BBDC and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of the events
- Develop the concept, organize and execute dealer incentive program, such as F1, dealer incentive trips
- Organization of ND related brand activities, such as Auto show
- Documentation management for all events related projects

3. ND Marketing
- Development, execution and distribution of the department marketing material e.g. digital video etc.
- Develop, implement, maintain and optimization of Dealer Information Center, incl. problem shooting, organize training program to internal and external users

4. Website managements
- Management of the eMB retail website, incl. maintenance, dealer supports, problem shooting (with the support of agency)
- Design and implement training programs to new and existing dealers on retail website topics
- Communicate with HQ / Asia web office and implement website related projects in line with the global e business strategy

5. Awarded Dealer Campaign
- Design the annual awarded campaign
- Implement the BTL and ATL activities related to the campaign
- Organize the awarded dealer tour

6. General
- Define annual target agreement (TA) and IDP together for each team members
- Define OP (budget plan and headcount) based on the projects and monitor it on a regular basis
- Prepare LEAD for the team members based on their performance annually
Qualification required
Education:
- University eudcation with major in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing

Experience
- Possibly 3 to 5 years experience (preferred project management, Interactive marketing), experience in advertising and PR agency
is an advantage
- Good understanding of comprehensive website development
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Languages:
- English (fluently), Mandarin (fluently)
- Strong Implementation and organization capability, general flexibility regarding tasks and time
- Intercultural competence, Self-confident, good team player
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office products
