| 1. Testing Perform tests to check the fulfilment of specifications for navigation systems and traffic information solutions. 2. Documenting/Recording Information of Test Results Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form. 3. Performing Benchmarks Perform comparison test for functions/features with competitor's cars/systems or after market devices. 4. Working with Suppliers System tests together with Vendors Execution of workshops to discuss technical topics Issue discussion and failure analysis 5. Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations or standards. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: • At least Master's Degree in Electrical or Automotive Engineering or Information Technology • Comprehensive knowledge in English, both oral and in writing • Microsoft office skills, Excel and Power Point experience. Experience: • At least 3 – 5 years engineering experience in automotive or electric/electronic company Specific Knowledge: • Candidate needs understanding of navigation map data formats and working behaviour of a navigation system. • Work requires travel in China, to Taiwan and Hang Kong / Macao. • Work requires a valid driver license for passenger cars. • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. Work may require evening and weekend work sometimes. |
