Objective of job
- To further strengthen the strategy, process and effectiveness of Marketing Communications;
- To set up a strong E-Marketing practice;
- To Employ innovative and creative execution for key internal departments (AMG, StarElite, ND, CAS etc.)

2. Advertising effectiveness study
- Maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- Reporting

3. E-Marketing platform
- RME system
- Web platform setup
- International best practice

4. Creative development and production
- AMG
- StarElite
- CAS
- ND

5. Ad hoc projects
- E-markting integration
- Celebrity projects

6. Agency management (creative agency, research agency, production house etc.)
- Daily communication with agency for detail briefing
- Agency review and quality control

7. Finance & Controlling team coordination
- Procurement preparation and follow ups
- Contract and other finance logistics arrangement
Qualification required
Education:
Bachler Degree or above.

Experience:
Marketing practice experience over 3 years; excellent communications skills, strong planning and implementation capabilities; rich knowledge and experience in advertising. 4A advertising agency background preferred.
