Objective of job
- Monitor and ensure that all after-sales related processes in the network are in line with MBCL policy.

- Coaching new and existing dealerships to ensure all after-sales related processes and IT/DMS systems are carried out according to MB standards and guidelines.
Job designation
1. Conduct on-site rollout of MB after-sales processes at new and existing dealerships.

2. Assist consultants in implementing and maintaining MB after-sales processes at dealerships.

3. Carry out on-site coaching on DMS to ensure the after-sales processes are carried out according to the MB standards and guidelines.

4. Carry out on-site coaching on workshop loading to achieve optimal workshop utilization.

5. Carry out on-site coaching on the proper usage of all After Sales IT systems including EPC/WIS/ASRA/DAS at dealerships.

6. Carry out on-site coaching on the proper usage of Standard Texts and Flat Rates at dealerships.

7. Carry out on-site coaching on the correct time keeping and workshop controlling at dealerships.

8. Carry out on-the-job coaching on documenting and filing repair related records at dealerships.

9. Carry out on-the-job support at dealerships to ensure that all reporting required by After-Sales from the dealership is provided accurately.

10. Provide professional and timely advice to dealerships and consultants regarding MB after-sales processes.

11. Assist to generate improvement and action plans at the dealerships.
Qualification required
Skills/Experience/Attributes:
- Background in the automotive/IT industry (preferably) with retail experience, excellent oral and written skills with sound problem solving abilities.
- Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically.
- Tactful and diplomatic.
- Computer literate with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, e-mail and Web.

Specific knowledge:
- Knowledge of retail/wholesales operation. (Specific knowledge of Automobile dealer operations a plus).
- Knowledge on automotive After-Sales Dealer Management Systems.
- Influencing, communications and presentation skills.

Education/Training:
- Successful completion of a recognised training course in IT application.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
- University degree preferred.
