| 1. Training Infrastructure Development & Upgrade - Assist in the definition of new standard processes to develop training facilities. - Engage in the development of training facility concepts including parameter, goals, feasibility study, budget framework and schedule that support end user needs, internal and external stakeholder expectations, the latest training strategy and overall company business plan. - Participate in the sourcing and evaluation of vendor proposals as well as guide the contract development and procurement process. - Assist in the detailed full-scale planning of training facilities such as building design, construction, extension, interior design, renovation, upgrades, corporate identity standards, space management, maintenance and general improvements jointly with the appointed vendor(s) in line with Mercedes-Benz training facility standards and brand image. - Monitor closely project realization milestones, receivables and cost controlling. Maintain project tracking documentation, provide regular status updates and identify potential troubleshoot problem areas. - Plan, guide and execute facility transfer to end user as well as support relocation activities. - Propose and implement facility management concepts if required. - Asses project management process and deliverables after completion to prepare project report, propose strategic improvement measures. 2. Training Infrastructure Standards - Develop and implement Mercedes-Benz Training Facility Standards. - Conduct regular training facility audits to ensure good physical condition and visual appearance according Mercedes-Benz training facility standards and brand image. - Analyze audit results and propose strategic improvement measures. 3. Training Infrastructure Administration - Monitor expenditures of training facilities such as monthly rental and utilities as well as extend annual maintenance contracts. - Coordinate information flow between central and training center as well as administrate room booking for satellite facilities. |
| Qualification required |
| Education •University degree majored in business management, construction management or engineering, Master degree or MBA preferred. Work Experience •Minimum 3 years fulltime working experience of project management in construction, automotive or luxury goods industry. Special Knowledge •Language & Computer Skills - Good written and spoken English. - Excellent MS-Office skills (e.g. powerpoint, excel, word). •Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills - Good knowledge of complex project management (e.g. diverse range of internal and external stakeholders). - Basic knowledge of facility projects and strategic business case development. - Basic knowledge of finance and purchasing standard processes (e.g. budget preparation, PR/PO). - Basic knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz retail network in China. •Other Generic Competency - Communication Skills - Analytical Skills - Problem Solving Skills - Detail Oriented Mindset |
