| 1. Maintain and support the strategic Daimler applications (CRM, Used Car and Company Car applications) - Lead, advise and support the business users with the specialty of process and technology for daily issues in implemented applications - Coordinate communication with the system users and 2nd level supports such as external service providers or CoC - Manage and establish strategic relationships with key IT application suppliers 2. Demand management - Manage the business partner relationship through the excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude - Provide business partner consulting and advisory with the full understanding of business with the required skill set - Consolidate, qualify, estimate and manage demands 3. Project Implemenation Coordination - Project lead and coordination for implementation and roll-out of applications - Support to manage schedule, budget and internal and external resources - Communicate and coordinate with the project members for a better understanding of the system and the processes 4. Compliance - Be compliant with FCPA processes for IT controls for the required applications - Provide constructive ideas and suggestions to business users for business process controls 5. IT Control - Support IT budget planning, tracking and reporting |
| Qualification required |
| Education: - University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent higher education Experience: - More than 4 years in information technology field, with focus on business applications - More than 1 years experience in CRM or Marketing Related activities - Management and leadership experience in a team Specific Knowledge: - Knowledge of automotive business processes (Sales and Marketing, Used Car and Financial Services) - Good communication skill (positive, pro-active and supportive) - Good understanding of CRM or Used Car applications - Very Self-reliant working style - Excellent spoken and written English - Working in an international and intercultural context - Technical understanding of IT infrastructure (Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes) - Knowledge of project management and ITIL |
