| • Assist in the development and roll-out of automotive distance learning (e.g. blended learning, e-training, iq-box, training effectivness measurements) across the Mercedes-Benz dealership network in China according to standards of Daimler Headquater in Germany and local business requirements. Establish regular communication with department internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the blended learning approach and coordinate distance learning soulitions. Understand training requirements of Mercedes-Benz dealership network and suggest distance learning improvement measures. |

| 1. Distance Learning Implementation • Assist in the development and roll-out concept of automotive distance learning (e.g. e-training, distance learning, training effectivness measurement) across the Mercedes-Benz dealership network in China. • Act as an interface between Headquarters in Germany and the roll-out in the Chinese market. • Develop and maintain distance learning curriculum and plan training offerings based on business needs. • Manage the actual distance learning roll-out including user system requirements, pilot-testing and actual launch. • Establish effective monitoring system to collect and analyse feedback from dealership employees and further key internal and external stakeholders. • Review regularly business needs, feedback and distance learning trends to integrate key improvements and innovate new project ideas. 2. Distance Learning Communications • Act as "one voice" of distance learning internal stakeholders (e.g. Training Management team) and external key stakeholders (e.g. Mercedes-benz dealers) to ensure that distance learning solutions are communicated in a timely manner. • Assist in the planning, preparation and delivery of distance learning marketing, communication and training materials. • Ensure clarity and consistency of communication messages as well as ease of access to communication. 3. Vendor Management • Guide external vendors in collaboration with cross-functional team through the purchasing process with to meet the required project timeline. • Coordinate and monitor the quality and execution of distance learning programs and marketing materials through external vendors. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: • University degree majored in education, communication, marketing, or business administration. Experience: • Minimum 3 years fulltime working experience in project management at corporate or retail level. Special Knowledge: • Language & Computer Skills Excellent written and spoken English. Good MS-Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Technical Knowledge/Hard Skills Solid knowledge of project management (e.g. management of internal and external stakeholders). Basic knowledge in blended learning and distance learning Basic knowledge of communication.
