| - Conduct retail consulting at selected Mercedes-Benz retail outlets across China in the operational business areas of after-sales (service and parts) - Maintain and further develop retail consulting concept, approach and tools - Conduct retail projects to optimize after-sales process and improve customer satisfaction |

| 1. Conduct Retail Consulting - Conduct on-site consulting and off-site implementation support and monitoring in the after-sales (service & parts) area. Provide comprehensive reporting of consulting activities and participate in review meetings with MBCL and managers to report on consulting activities. 2. Enhance Retail Consulting Concept, Approach, and Tools - Continuous development and enhancement of the consulting concept, approach and tools for the after-sales consulting. 3. Conduct Retail Projects - Conduct retail projects to further optimize the retail operation and improve customer satisfaction. 4. Support Senior Manager and Manager of Retail Consulting Team - Complete tasks assigned to by Senior Manager or Manager as and when required. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: - University (business, economics, marketing, engineering) Experience: - 5 years of working experience (preferably in automotive or auxiliary industry) Special Knowledge: - Understanding of automotive retail business - Knowledge in after-sales process and consultancy - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Fluent in English and good command of MS Office applications. |
