| • Support retail consulting at selected Mercedes-Benz retail outlets across China in the operational business areas of after-sales (service & parts) • Maintain and further develop retail consulting tools and instruments • Support the Manager in managing the consulting logistics |
| Job designation |
| 1. Retail Consulting Support consultants in on-site consulting and conduct off-site implementation support and monitoring at retail outlets. Preparation of presentation, reports and other consult-related materials. If required, act as the bridge between the consultant and the dealer, e.g. translation, daily interactions with dealers. 2. Consulting Tools Development Conduct continuous assessment of effectiveness of retail consulting tools. Initiate adaptations of existing tools and development of new tools. Prepare supporting material for retail consulting tools (e.g. tools descriptions, presentations, etc.). 3. Quality Control Support retail consulting satisfaction index assessment and evaluation with all dealers. Participate in review meetings with MBCL and managers to report on consulting activities. 4. Project Management Support (Back Office) Support Manager/on-site consultants in all areas of consulting operations, including logistics arrangement. Any other tasks assigned by the Manager. |

| Education: • University (business, economics, marketing, engineering) Experience: • 2 years working experience (preferably in automotive industry) Specific Knowledge: • Excellent communication & analytical skills • Fluent in English and good command of MS Office applications |
