Structured aftersales training administration process via SABA
Job designation
• Research & analysis national aftersales training needs, assist team managers to make the national (regional) training plan;
• On behalf of aftersales training team inform SABA the upcoming training, to announce to the market;
• Track the training implementation according to training plan;
• Adjust the training plan regularly according to the market demands and changes;
• Balance the training team working load, capacity, facility and ability centrally among all aftersales training teams and out-source companies;
Qualification required
Education
University graduated

Experience
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in business coordination;
Customer-orientated mindset with good organisational and administrative;
Training experience would be an advantage
