Job Description:

Objective of job
• Support regions e.g. autoshows, best practice, dealer establishment process
• Develop new tools for customer acquisitions and smart activities/measures
• Develop new sales channels for smart
• Steer and drive retail qualification activities e.g. CSI/SSI, retail consulting
• Cross function allingnment e.g. network development, training, marketing, product management, after-sales
• Workshop and meeting preperation
Job designation
1. Initate projects in order to drive fast smart retail growth
• Innitate projects and drive them together with regions and dealers in order to drive fast smart retail growth
• Organice regional-, national best practice workshops and dealer conferences
• Set up the autoshows, outdoor displays in order to achieve sales records
• Support the regions and dealers during the dealer establishment process

2. New smart sales channel development
• Analyse the market and find new sales channels for smart
• Find new cooperation partners which are fitting to the smart positioning

3. Cross function coordination
• Align and co-ordinate each department to the common smart strategy/target e.g. training, after-sales, network development, marketing and synchronice them to each other.
• Ensure the information exchange

4. Steer and drive retail qualifications .
• Develop and implement tools to ensure high ratings in SSI/CSI
• Steer and drive retail qualification activities e.g. retail consulting

5. Workshop and Meeting preperation
• Prepare regional-, national and international workshops

6. Others
• Other tasks dedicated by Head of smart or manager market-, dealer development
Qualification required
Skills –general skills, personality traits:
Possess a positive ,self-motivated outlook. Excellent communication and negotiation skill. Tactful and diplomatic. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, E-mail Good command on Madarine and English.

Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills:
- Good understanding on the automobile industry
- Project work experience, self confident
- Stratigic thinker and able to work under high pressure

Experience and education:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 2-5 years working experence in automobile industry or consulting industrie
