| Assist Manager of SSI, Sales Process and Dealer Standard team in following aspects: • Dealer Standards, in order to steer dealer business in a standardized and professional framework • Sales satisfaction, in order to stay on the leading position in customer satisfaction which is the foundation for MB's sustainable growth and profitability • Retail market survey such as Mystery Shopping, in order to provide additional market monitoring tools and lay sound basis for retail policy making • Sales force development, mainly training coordination, in order to monitor training effect, raise training requirement, and consult with training department in projects such as Active Selling Program • Sales support tools such as Sales Manual, guidebooks, in order to equip sales consultants with best "weapons" |

Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) programs Support all SSI activities • Customer Data collection and quality check – twice a month • Data report checking & distribution to related team – monthly • Anti-fraud actions - monthly • National & regional report checking & distribution to related teams – quarterly • Focus Group Discussion • Dealer SSI On-site Coaching • Dealers enquiries answering 2. Sales Process Coordinate sales process related work, process develop and mystery shopping • Process develop • Process execution monitor • Mystery shopping research • Collaborate with ND for dealer on-site coaching 3. Dealer Standards Help monitor the implementation of sales and marketing related dealer standards • Examine, analyse and evaluate the audit report of all dealers • Monitor the implementation of development measures together with regional offices • Resolve specific cases such as exemption 4. Dealer Award Coordinate incentive programs such as Best SSI Award • Review the performance of dealers based on input from a variety of involved parties • Devise criteria according to not only market situation but also MBCL business focus • Organize trips or prizes for the recipients of award programs 5. Sales support tools Coordinate product ADVANTAGES, Sales Manual and so on for sales consultants for their daily reference • Provide Mercedes-Benz sales staff with up-to-date and useful product information, standard sales processes, practical sales skills and tools |
| Qualification required |
| Education: University bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum 1-2 years at functions within sales & marketing, preferably in automotive industry Special Knowledge: Skills: Strong communication and people skills; good written and oral Chinese & English; MS Office Knowledge: Fundamental product knowledge of Mercedes-Benz & competitors; basic understanding of dealership operation |
