Objective of job
• Plan, coordinate and implement marketing events, including product launches, brand / customer events, sponsorship events
• Work closely with internal and external partners to achieve ideal event results, and to effective synergies with other departments
• Manage, coordinate event hospitality details and support of "friends of the Brand" program
• Work effectively and efficiently with partners (such as event agency), and strictly follow all company regulations and process
• Build up and maintain strong networks in order to benefit project implementation
Job designation
1. Event planning, preparation & implementation

2. Effective communications (with business partners, internal depts., other third parties)

3. Internal process communication, coordination and management

4. Events hospitality coordination and management, support of "Friends of the Brand" program
Qualification required
Education:

• Bachelor Degree or above

Experience:
• Event/project management experience over 3 years; excellent communications skills, Good planning and implementation capabilities; decent knowledge, and experience in event or project management; able to work under pressure; self-motivated, creative and open-minded, detailed oriented; excellent team player

Specific Knowledge:
• Fluent in English (spoken&written), good skills of preparing PPT document, and other office software
