| 1. Communication Planning a) Participates in the development and implementation of communications planning; including the creation, planning, and content development of pres material b) Assesses new communications programs, report findings and recommend improvements. 2. Retainer Management a) Manages the retainers based on the daily basis, including updating the media profiles, routine media relationship maintenance, and media test drive coordination; b) Evaluates the media interview request and organizes the content with retainer accordingly; c) Facilitates the monthly distribution of sales release; d) Supervises the relevant writing content, making sure its perfection. e) Operates the purchasing and payment procedure in line with company regulations 3. Event Management a) Helps to initiate and implement corporate events, like monthly Daimler/Mercedes-Benz media forum among the opinion leaders, senior editors and reporters; b) As the key leader, actively involved in the media event focusing on the DNEA/MB corporate topics; c) Participates in other media programs when necessary 4. Internal Communications a) Maintains the regular communication channel with all the business units in Mercedes-Benz China; b) In the form of news release or media event, fully supports the exposure needs requested by after-sales, networking development and used car department. c) Daily news clipping confirmation 5. Media Relations a) Focusing on the general media at the senior level, continuously deepen the media relationship; b) Plans and implements influential interviews with the senior management; c) Press information polishing and approval. |

| Education: University degree Experience: more than 3-5 year(s) PR experience working experience in relevant area at multinationals Specific Knowledge: Fluent spoken and written English Strong media relations focusing on the general media Strong management ability interacting with the retainers Confident, ready for working under pressure Good communications skills Good team player |
