| 1. Co-ordinate all the travelling arrangements and verification of travel claims within the AS department. 2. Co-ordinate all the office logistics & procurement activities within the Regional Office. 3. Handle all the administration and communication correspondence for the Regional Manager. 4. Assist in all the major communication activities with dealers and within the AS department. 5. Assist in distribution of physical communication materials. 6. Maintain all the travelling and leave records. 7. Co-ordinate events and conferences. 8. Control the usage of company car and maintain proper record. 9. Prepare meeting facilities, take minutes and prepare MOM at meetings. 10. Co-ordinate office maintenance activities for the AS department. 11. Control of department asset and tools. |

| Skills/Experience/Attributes: • Excellent oral and written skills with sound problem solving abilities. • Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically. • Tactful and diplomatic. • Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, E-mail and Web. • Excellent communication & correspondence skills. Specific knowledge: • Working knowledge of logistics & procurement operation. • Time Management and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English. Education/Training: • Formal secretarial course. • Completion of a communications and conflict resolution/mediation skills training. • University degree preferably in business management. |
