| • Align CSR strategies with MB's goals and capabilities, helping with annual sustainability CSR plan development. • Foster successful interaction with key internal and external stakeholders, media as well as governments and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) • Project lead and content ower for MB foundation, culture of driving and other cause-worthy projects • To develop internal communications and employee as well as dealer involvement plans as needed. • Review current initiatives and consolidate efforts around key objectives |

| 1. Communication strategy development: - MB Star fund, Culture of Driving and cause-worthy projects' communication strategy development 2. CSR events Management, Supervision and Execution: - CSR project proposal development and implementation - Media communication planning and execution - Press materials consolidation and preparation - CSR event management and supervison - Day to day management of project budgets - Follow up contacts 3. Internal and external communication: - Operate cross-functionally with access to many different departments within the company, including DNEA PR & PA, Joint venture, HR, compliance office, regional office, legal, and Finance, etc. - Work with relevant department for the employee and dealer engagement progrogram to implement CSR program at all levels of the company. - Taking the lead on project negotiation with relevant NGOs - Event and media agency daily communciation and supervision 4. Media Relations: - Relationship-building and maintenance - CSR Media Communication Concept Development and Execution - Media inquiries handling - Interviews coordination - Press Information editing, translation and distribution |
| Qualification required |
| Education: - University degree Experience: - more than 5-8 year(s) PR experience - At least 2-3 working experience on CSR area Special Knowledge: - Fluent spoken and written English - Strong media relations, esp. on CSR area - Confident, ready for working under pressure - Good communications skills - Good team player |
