Product Communication Projects: l Product communication planning l Independently responsible for at least 5 model lines of Mercedes line-up l Constantly looking for innovative communication strategies l Media landscape/competition analysis l Press materials preparation l Coordination with internal parties to facilitate all processes l Clearly brief agency on job tasks and develop execution plans l Manage projects and report to line manager responsively l Ensure optimal coverage and positive media feedback for each project 3. Press Event Planning and Execution: • Define communication and media strategy for press event • Implement and execute event as project manager • Proof-read and approve all press materials • On-site event management, must ensure flawless execution • Work with internal parties and external vendors to make sure smooth run of the events • Define and fabricate media messages to convince public on product advantages • Carefully select media to attend events considering both cost-effectiveness and maximizating media voice • Update and report to line manager in a timely manner • Requires responsive and wise decision making ability • Report development and follow-ups 4. New Media and Lifestyle Media • Contribute to strategic planning of new media/lifestyle communication • Draft yearly new media/lifestyle communication plan • Brief PR agency to work out a yearly retainer program • Execute retainer project on yearly basis • Report and update reporting manager on important issues • Daily monitoring on industry news, and updating plans • Monitor potential issues and effectively handle media crisis • Constantly look out for media opportunities and long term partnership |
