Objective of job
• To support, prepare Implementation of BDC Pilot and Rollout, with the objective to increase retail performance of the dealership based on consistent utilization of effective Customer Contact Management and Lead Management. Processes shall be fully supported by integrated operational systems at the dealership which comprise Lead Management System (LMS), Dealer Management System, Phone System etc.
• To support manager evaluate & optimize BDC concept and definition of Bestpractice campaigns.
• To support manager by monitor Process KPIs and daily/regular communication with MPC and dealers
• To support the usege of Lead Management System and interaction with DMS by communication with Dealer, HQ, DMS team, ITF/ON.
• Mantain Lead Management System System in cooperation with GBM and ITF/ON
Job designation
Project Support
• Project Management support, e.g. development of presentations and documents
• Support Project Documentation
• Support Lead Management System Specification and Business demands for DMS-LMS Interface
• Testing of LMS system developments and updates
• Development of training materials

1st and 2nd Level Support and Coaching
• Identification and specification of enhancements of Lead Management System
• First and Second Level Support for pilot dealer (e.g. Lead Management System, campaign selection procedure, Reporting etc.)
• Coaching of dealer's staff for using Lead Management System
• Documentation for Lead Management System (e.g. update training materials)
• Definition of criteria for standardized campaign selections as a reference for dealers
• Development of campaign guidelines for qualifier at dealerships

Reporting and Management support
• Support Manager to prepare communication of fact and figgers
• Responsibility for BDC reportings on MPC level
• Responsibility for individual BDC reportings
• Monitor Process KPIs
Qualification required
Education:
- University eudcation with major in Business Administration, Information technolegy

Experience:
- Possibly 4 years experience (preferred DMS knowledge and project management), experience in dealer processes
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Languages: English (fluently), Mandarin (fluently)
- Strong Implementation and organization capability, general flexibility regarding

tasks and time:
- Intercultural competence, Self-confident
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office products

Special Knowledge:
- Repoirting and SQL skills
