| 1. Confer with engineers, customers and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products. 2. Operate computer-assisted engineering software, equipment and tools to perform engineering tasks. 3. Direct and coordinate support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, test scripts and customer requirements. 4. Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects. 5. Support and prepare specifications for Telematics system and feature description 6. Train team members as necessary. 7. Investigate and test vendors' and competitors' products. 8. Oversee project efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily on time. 9. Study specifications of Telemetric systems to ensure that functions and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. 10. Investigate customer complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures. 11. Conduct benchmarks to compare system features of Mercedes-Benz Telematics systems with competitors |
