| Process warranty/goodwill claims from MBCL markets according to the warranty & good will guidelines to ensure smooth and timely transactions between customers, service network and MBCL. |

| 1. Process warranty/goodwill claims: upload to system, judge claims for compliance with warranty regulations, decide, credit to dealer. 2. Liaise with service network on enquiries regarding partially accepted or rejected claims. 3. Handle "Advance Goodwill Claims", if necessary initiate ESKULAB enquiry. 4. Inspect workshop warranty parts store at the service centres, scrap parts. 5. Investigate cause of parts defects, send parts to DCAG/MBCL central department if necessary, and maintain records. 6. Monitor compliance with instructions for claim parts and store room. 7. Prepare statistics / reports. 8. Support the new dealer in the warranty & goodwill processing. |
| Qualification required |
| 1.Education: Recognized automotive technician apprenticeship; Product knowledge; Repair procedures; Warranty regulations. 2.Experience: 2 years of automotive repairs; 1 year of warranty processing. 3.Special Knowledge: Fluent in English, Mandarin; Computer operation; Consistency and accuracy in administrative task; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work as a team with other departments. |
