| System: Maintain master data in SAP&DMS for all model ranges (MBPC,AMG and Maybach) in accurate manner, for both wholesale and fleet sales. Continuous developing method to improve the system and ensure data quality. Communication: Communicate timely with related team about system change (Ordering, Logistic, Controlling etc); Project Implementation: When implementing system projects, represent PM team to make the requirement, monitor status, test the system, ensure project or system enhancement are implemented according to the schedule. |

| 1 SAP Collect specification and pricing changes for all MBPC, AMG and Maybach products; Set up master data correctly and timely for all these models; Work closely with product specialists and pricing team to get the new pricing information and maintain them into SAP, using the data/info prepared by product specialists; Periodically check the correctness of data in system and randomly check the billing invoices; Represent PM team to make the requirement, monitor status, test the system when implementing system projects, ensure project or system enhancement are implemented according to the schedule; Be creative in developing measures to improve SAP master data quality; Prepare SAP information exchange with Ordering team/fleet sales/F&C; Ensure the approval process is executed whenever there are system changes; Archive all SAP documents. 2 DMS Represent PM team to communicate with DMS team; Update the DMS data, ensure all changes reflected in system correctly in proper time. 3 PSI data Monitoring Monitor PSI information and align with PMspecialists to see if necessary to maintain in SAP. |
| Qualification required |
| Education: University degree inInformation Management/Computer Science/Business/ or related discipline; Experience: min. 3 years working experience; international experience / working in an international company; Special Knowledge: Fluent (spoken/written)English and Mandarin; SAP knowledge or end user experience in SAP preferable; Knowledge in general IT infrastructure and systems; Correctness of our vehicle configuration and pricing is dependent on the proper handling of complex data, this has to be done in a very responsible manner. It requires a detail minded, reliable personality who is able to think comprehensively, works in an accurate manner, coordinating and managing complex data. This requires teamwork ability, as data co-ordination across departments is necessary. |
