| 1 Application Development -Communicate with system users, understand the background and related Business Process -Develop new enhancements as requested by the business and documented in the Business Requirement Document -Follow the defined and agreed upon timelines for delivery of the enhancements -For incidents collect sufficient information, reproducible steps and parameters -Target to resolve 85% of issues on his/her own 2 Application Support -Collect sufficient information, reproducible steps and parameters -Target to resolve 85% of issues on his/her own -Seek help from vendor/2nd level support if issue cannot be resolved 3 Application issue Tracking -Document, monitor and report issue progress -Escalate issues to 2nd level support & follow-up -Feedback and follow up result with users, in order to ensure issues are resolved within service level 4 Issue and System Documentation Document all system issues, enhancements and modifications, with appropriate signature and approval, to ensure the compliance with FCPA, SOX and IT policies 5 Vendor Management Management of Vendor Relationship. Ensure quality delivery and timely resolution of issues 6 General Application Support Resolve, or referral to the right designation of basic IT system and application enquiry to maintain the highest level of service to all internal customer. |
| Qualification |
| Education • University degree in Computer Science or related discipline, MCAD (Microsoft Certified App Developer), MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist), MCPD(Microsoft Certified Professional Developer) preferred Experience • At least 2 years in SQL based system development and support • Experience in working with Microsoft Technologies • Basic Project management skills • Demonstrated Experience in problem solving and analytical skills • Experience in working with Automotive or related industry is an advantage Special Knowledge • Experience in C#, ASP.Net2.0 or ASP.Net3.0, • Experience in developing SQL server based business systems. Experience with T-SQL, OLAP, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services • MCAD, SilverLight 2.0 or 3.0 • Knowledge in general IT infrastructure and systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in developing and designing solutions • Good customer service and interpersonal communication skills • Excellent command of spoken and written English |
