Mercedes-Benz is always dedicated to expanding its sales and service network in China. Currently, Mercedes-Benz has established more than 170 authorized sales and service centers, covering nearly 80 cities across the country – all of which were designed and constructed according to the world-standard Mercedes-Benz Autohaus concept. Like any other center across the world, every Mercedes-Benz authorized sales and service center has a distinct Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star symbol, which represents the high-quality and the star concept of world-unified service standard.
Mercedes-Benz has always believed the purchase of a vehicle to be just the beginning of the long term relationship between the maker and the owner. The essence of the star service concept lies in this goal: let each car owner deeply experience the quality service and consideration of Mercedes-Benz during their ownership. Each Mercedes-Benz service center is equipped with testing and maintenance equipment that is in line with Mercedes-Benz standards and provides original Mercedes-Benz parts and components. To ensure efficient and timely service to customers, Mercedes-Benz's three part distribution centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou conduct a weekly inventory supply process for the dealers, and in emergencies, parts can be delivered to the dealers overnight.
Additionally, each technician must receive Mercedes-Benz's strict and comprehensive training to ensure they master each complex and sophisticated system within Mercedes-Benz vehicles and provide perfect care for each beloved vehicle. To support dealer staff's development, Mercedes-Benz has cooperated with its dealer partners to establish five Training Centers in four cities, namely Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.
