Prepare training syllabuses, manual and teaching aids;
Maintain tools and workshop equipment;
Conduct theoretical and practical training for mainland China, HK & Macau dealerships.
Acquire updated knowledge of training/teaching methods and aids.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make recommendations to chief training officer.
Act as an interpreter during training.
Share the necessary administrative and maintenance work in Training Center. |
| Qualifications & Requirements: |
▪ Diploma in automotive engineering, higher certificate in motor vehicle engineering or related engineering discipline.
▪ Completion of recognized technician apprenticeship in automobile Industrial.
▪ 2 years relevant working experience in automotive industrial after completion of the automotive technician apprenticeship.
▪ Mercedes-Benz products knowledge would be advantage.
▪ Teaching experience in automotive training school, college would be advantage.
▪ Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
▪ Proficient in Microsoft application, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
▪ Techniques in presentation, teaching and workshop instruction.
▪ Hazards in the respective trade, the necessary safety precautions to be taken and relevant Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection Ordinances and Regulations.
▪ Conscientious & self-motivated, pleasant personality, team player and ability to adopt new environment. |
