Technical Network Support - Advise on enquiries from the service network and assist to solve technical problems by using remote diagnosis system and technical Information system online; recommend economic repairs resulting in warranty cost reduction
Field Service - Provide field support on particular irregularities
Product Analysis - Analyse product problems and prepare technical reports, liaise with the manufacturer and supplier in the problem solving process
Workshop support - Support MB workshops in case of diagnosis problems
Monitoring - Monitor compliance with guidelines for repair processes and operation of equipment, advise on use of information sources, recommend improvement measures, report implementation
Vehicle Tests - Perform vehicle tests in particular cases in the Technical Examination Centre (TEC)
Diagnosis performance - Assist after sales network to improve diagnosis performance in the workshops
Relationship - To cultivate good relations to workshops (trouble-shooters) and regions |
| Qualifications & Requirements: |
At least 7 years working experience in after sales business, at least 5 years as trouble-shooter in MB workshop. Professional automotive qualification, excellent knowledge in troubleshooting of MB products.
Profound MB product knowledge; good knowledge of MB After-Sales Service, workshop organization and equipment, repair procedures, workshop information system. Computer knowledge, especially for all systems related to the Diagnosis Support Centre. Positive attitude when supporting service network.
Degree in recognized automotive education or passed the examination of Diagnosis Technician Program (DTP).
