Provide accurate parts technical support for internal and external partners; prepare and provide vehicle specific parts lists to repair PC vehicles for customers, fleets & dealers.
For new vehicle models liaise with Procurement team for defining MBCL's initial stock and with Parts Sales team for the dealers' initial stock.
Maintain the parts master file in IMS Auto line with respect to part number super cession, optional part numbers, non-validity of parts based on the information provided by DCAG. Liaise with Daimler AG to solve parts technical matters, respectively inform the retail network. Create stock card and update respective file. Ensure correct translation of part number description into Chinese language. Liaise for parts returns from dealers with Parts Sales team and to Daimler AG with Inventory team based on Daimler AG information.
Coordinate and execute all activities related to the programming of DRT parts/keys with highest responsibility following Daimler AG requirements. Update all relevant systems (e.g. FDOK).
Prepare and coordinate specific campaigns with MB PC After Sales Service department for dealers, fleets and customers as required.
Prepare and analyse daily and monthly reports.
Conduct parts technical training internally and dealer network, as required. |
| Qualifications & Requirements: |
 | Degree or Diploma in Automotive / Engineering. | | Those without academic qualifications must have a minimum of 5 years work experience. | | 3 to 5 years experience in the automotive industry, preferably, with the after sales organisation at dealer level. | | Experience in technical aspects of automobiles. | | Knowledge of automotive parts. |
